Without seeing your make or model on you monitor it is difficult to give you any advice.
But with that said.. If your monitor is a flat screen there is a power cord that plugs into the wall the cord is connected to a small box (power converter) out of the box is a small connector that goes into your monitor. It is small and you may have to turn you Monitor over to see exactly where it connects.

Your computer will work whether or not you have Internet service.

New plugs, new dist cap,new coil new ign. control module new fuel filter ,wont start

Fuel system checked? If OK, did you "reset" the ECC also called the ECM or PCM which is the computer of the vehicle? Do it by unhooking "both" battery cables, waiting 15 minutes, rehook then try to start and see if this helps. If not you may have to start on the ground floor by checking all fuses, crank and cam sensors, ICM, etc.

I am using Hansol 730E monitor and recently it start to make slight vibes on screen in horizontal way. I tried to change refresh rate and its no good. I tough that it is magnetic field but i moved monitor...

Being a rare tube monitor i am inclined to say it is nearing end of life. You have done the right thing by moving around unless you are moving other magnetic or power source items with it. Have you tried connecting to another computer - subbed out cables to eliminate that issue? testing on another computer who help determine if monitor or not. might be video card??/ since you are having DX issues I would start there. There is not much more you can do that is not dangerous - ie - increasing the voltage etc..

My sreen is not turning on only the green power one is on please help

1st Check the cable that hooks to the monitor side. Then check it at the computer side. By check I mean to disconnect it an rehook it up again so you no it is seated correctly. On some monitors its hard wired so you cant check the monitor side.

2nd if you have access to a second monitor (after checking the cables on your monitor first). Disconnect your current monitor and hook up the test monitor. If you continue to get no signal or picture then you have a defective video (graphics) card and you will need to replace it.

I hope this helps you out, if it does please give me a YES that I did assist you. Thank you.

Monitor power would blink and not come on, and now the power light wont even come on. switched power cable, still no good. cant open this monitor either, what do i do?

Usually it's electrolytic capacitors' problem inside the monitor. In case you can use soldering tools you can handle it. Open the monitor's case and locate near the power supply socket the capacitors like these:

Replace ALL of them with new ones. The cost isn't too much and you can find them at any electronics components shop at your area.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

Resolution set too high ..no picture cant get safe mode to work up down arrow buttons wont move ..computer wants to start normal...cant get into computer with no monitor display ...help...brand new...

Sounds like you need to boot up in VGA mode instead of Safe Mode

Step 1. Power Down your computer.

Step 2. Powwer on your computer and press F8 to enter Safe Mode

Step 3. Instead of selecting Safe Mode, Select VGA mode.

Step 4. Once in Windows, uninstall your graphics card for your Monitor.

Step 5. Restart your machine, when you log back in Windows will reinstall the drivers for your monitor.

My computer is blinking but wont start up. I moved the computer to a new location. plugged everything back in and it just blinks instead of booting up.

unseat and reseat the memory one stick at a time in each slot one at a time,

Also make sure the switch on the back of the power supply is set to 115v if your in the U.S.

With the power supply make sure only the connector to the motherboard is connected. This will make sure there isn't any other device shorting out the motherboard. Also make sure the monitor is connected. If needed try another known working monitor.

If after these steps you still don't get video then either the power supply or the motherboard is bad.

My Lg Monitor wont show screen (Power Button Flashing)

The monitor is probably on protection.

To start unplug monitor from power and from computer and test computer with different monitor to find out if it is monitor or computer fault.

If it is computer fault and no video signal , then test:

  • Video cable.
  • Video adapter on PC (sometimes integrated on motherboard)
  • Motherboard.

If it is monitor fault , then the monitor is on protection.

When on protection you keep having a flashing led on front of the monitor , and monitor turning off by itself after a while, that indicates a fault condition.

The flashing light indicates a diagnostic state called protection.
When the Monitor goes on protection there are only two possible causes.

1The internal circuits are jammed because of electrostatic charges accumulating on capacitors, or because of a wrong voltage read by the main chip on your monitor controller board. this started the protection circuit.

2 The protection circuit detected a wrong voltage or a broken contact, identified an internal fault and kicked in , starting the flashing light.

If you are in situation one, then the monitor will reset just unplugging power cord for one or two hours, sometimes even minutes.

If you are in situation 2 , then there is an internal fault.

Common faults that can occur are a blown capacitor on power board, faulty inverter board, faulty input board, or a fault on LCD Digital Controller board.

Check also the video cable or any external connection cable, if the cable is shorting, or the connector is bad, you can get same flashing state because of the video cable.

Try moving the video cable, and if the cable is not built in, then also try a replacement cable.

If under warranty contact the manufacturer ringing the number on the user manual

If you want to repair at your own expenses, just locate any good qualified repairer.

Computer will not load up - frozen on acer start screen?

Are you sure the monitor is plugged into the correct port? Also, check the monitor cable for bent pins. A small move shouldn't make this kind of difference. Eliminate that power strip and just plug the computer and monitor into an outlet.
