Starlogic D20W SL 69 nmw2006722 computer and modem are on. nothing from monitor. pressed on button. vga cable hooked into tower. do what? does it make a diff that am not hooked inot timewarner cable road runner yet? need wall access for blue cable. thanks, a novice.
Without seeing your make or model on you monitor it is difficult to give you any advice.
But with that said.. If your monitor is a flat screen there is a power cord that plugs into the wall the cord is connected to a small box (power converter) out of the box is a small connector that goes into your monitor. It is small and you may have to turn you Monitor over to see exactly where it connects.
Your computer will work whether or not you have Internet service.
