I have an optimus camera and vdeo and can;t take any more pictures cause memory is full

Hello Sir, This is a problem caused when the memory is full of files. First check that are the files stored in the Ext. Memory or in the Internal. Omnia has 16GB Int. Memory, so I expect that you have stored the files in the External Memory. Try to view that memory status of the phone and check how much space is available. If none, that's the problem. If I assume you have 2GB Ext. Memory, then it is full. To free some memory, move the existing files to phone's Internal memory. Then some space will be free for you to store more files. If you don't want to move, try to change the default storage option of the files to " Phone ". This will make the phone store all future files into the Internal Memory.
I hope you have got your solution.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.

What is wrong with my storage memory in my samsung

Charging does not mean anything as a switched off phone also gets charged. The power switch may be faulty. The internal circuitry may be at fault. if there is some action but does not poweron then the firmware may be at fault.

All Incoming Calls Show As Private Number

First thing : the person who's calling you have CLIR . Don't put the same number to phone & SIM. Use the phone memory and also save numbers in international format.

MEMORY PROBLEMS

You need file explorer. Go to the main menu by pressing the button on the top right hand corner of the phone. (If you press it for too long you will get task manager from where you can see all the programmes running - just dab it to get the main menu, then shortcuts then file explorer, from where you can move and delete file.  Are you filling your internal memory up from stuff like mobile word? If so, you can specify the drive path with file/ save as and select your card(whatever you have called it) rather than my storage. or internal memory.
You need to tell your omnia to store pics and music on your card rather than internal or my storage. Hope this helps
