Question about Printers & Copiers
Most common cause for 41.3....make sure the paper is completely up to the front of the paper tray. Right under the left and right metal clips. If it is not, adjust the block in the back of the paper tray so that the paper is fully forward.
If that does not get it you need a PAPER SIZE board installed. Easy repair.

The knobs on the paper size PCA is defective, or may need a little cleaning with some CRC. This board is located behind the formatter board.

Page size of doc getting sent to printer, file, page settup, page size/papersize is set different than printers tray size via keyboard on printer, ie tray size.
