Both problems soud like fuel delivery problems. Start troubleshooting fuel delivery problems by checking and getting the air pump pressure to specs.

I OWN A 1996 NISSAN QUEST GXE THAT'S BLOWING BLUE SMOKE FRONT FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE AND I CAN SMELL ANTI FREEZE INSIDE.. I JUST BOUGHT VEHICLE AS A COMMUTER.

Sounds expensive. Blue smoke usually means oil in the combustion chambers, from worn out rings. Anti-freeze inside means leaking hoses or heater core. Not sure where the driver-side tire comes into this, unless that is where the smoke is coming from, in which case that likely a problem with a seized brake caliper.

Water spills out of my blower on my starite pool heater model sr33na. Is it a gasket?

Oh Oh, Not Good : (

Heat Exchanger / Tube Sheet Coil Assembly has Ruptured.
It is encased in a closed combustion chamber. Water flows thru it and it is in that chamber/tank with the fire burners, heating the water within the coil. Forced air via the Blower blows into that chamber / tank and out the exhaust vent. That's it! Only air.
If water blows out, then the "Closed" Heat Coil, has ruptured.

Start looking around page 49 & onward, and you will see the breakdown parts diagram of that chamber / tank, with the coil inside.
The Manual is here...

Smoke or vapor coming from new h400fdn hayward pool heater.

Not at all uncommon. New heaters have to glaze over the file tile in the burner chamber and will often smoke and smell during the first week or so of operation.

Using a mirror, check to see that your flames are about 4" proud of the burner tubes when running. As long as they are and the color is a nice blue with little to no yellow/orange color, the heater is fine.

I have an older reddy heater pro 100 kerosene space heater,

You Must set the pump pressure quickly! If allowed to run with the nose cone a "bright" cherry red the welds will deterioate to the point that the end will separate from the combustion chamber. Individual sheet metal parts of the chamber are not available.

Runs a few minutes and quits

hi this could be 3 problems ? no spark so vapour not igniting so excess vapour coming out as smoke, if it ignites stays on for a while goes out the flame probe is faulty, fuel filter is blocked needs new one , the fuel pipe going into tank has a non return vavle in it ( its a plastic ball in line with pipe ) if this is missing or stuck it allows fuel to drain back into tank and causes a air lock in heater causing vapour into chamber result in smoke coming out of end, as a quick fix for that you can fill pipe with fuel bend it so its traps in fuel like fire place pipe in tank when stopping fire stick mole gripps on pipe so next time fuel is there ready

When i turn on the heater it just blows smoke

according to desatech who makes reddy heat, the air compressor on the back of the fan should put out no more than 3.5 psi to the nozzle. you could also check the air path through the combustion chamber. sounds to me that the nozzle isn't atomizing the fuel but its coming out in a stream. the nozzle is supposed to make a conical pattern if the air pressure is correct.
