I have a Kodak EasyShare C330. I have a new memory card Kodak SD Card 128MB. When I insert it in the camera, a message displays stating memory full. When I try to format the card to the camera I received...

This error message means that the card is corrupted or formatted for another digital camera. Turn off the camera. Insert a new card or format the card.
Try to format the memmory card using a card reader and the PC this should solve your problem if not you have to replace the memmory card.

Dropped camera on holidays on to tiled floor landed on corner on casing, the camera now cannot focus ?I need an estimate for repair or a replacement if very liitle difference between costing? The is a KODAK...

It may be more cost effective and satisfactory to get a new camera that has not been dropped. I got a 14.2 Megapixel camera from Amazon.com for like $136 or so and it is a Kodak last year. Prices continue to drop as technology gets better and better.

Otherwise, if you want to investigate how much it will cost to repair, try this link:

Lens will not retract, camera was not dropped,

Leave the batteries out for a while and then try turning camera on..hopefully its resets the camera and retracts lens.

Kodak easy share digital camera m863

I have a Easy Share M863 and have had it less than a year. It was working great and then last week I tried turning it on and it would not open. I thought it might be the battery needed charging so I did that. It still will not open. I contacted Kodak and they told me they would give me 15% on a new digital camera. That is not what I wanted. My camera is not even a year old. It should have lasted longer I think.

Purple color and lines on display screen

The lens isn't connecting to the mobo correctly, put some pressure on the lens (sounds bad but it works for me haha) it will work correctly until you shut it down for a while. Do not take it apart and attempt to fix it, it doesn't help ( I thought maybe the screws that held down the lens were loose or that the connectors needed to be cleaned but nope) a replacement lens should solve it, but why buy one of those when you can just put pressure on the lens before every use?

Horizontal lines running through pictures.....Z612.

I've had sinilar problems with mine. I bought it in November of 2006 and sent it back to Kodak (under warranty) 3x before they finally agreed to replace it (with a refurbed unit). Well, that was in June of 2007 and the problem is now baaaack with the reoplacement camera (same model)... I'm requesting Kodak replace it with another model, but I'm "out of warranty" and they want me to pay them $145 to repair (which they've never been able to fix for me). So I am requesting them to replace with a different model.

Camera will not start properly and lens is out

Leave the camera sitting with no batteries overnight. Then in the morning install ONLY Kodak AA batteries. I had the exact same problem.
