Question about Kenmore Dryers
The door flops opened, it doesn't have a cable or spring to keep the door opened. I found a broken cable inside the door, and ordered another one, but I can't figure out how it attaches. Help
There is a plastic plug where the cable goes into the door. Take a putty knife or flat screw driver. slide it in between to plug and door. Then pop the plug out. The plug it's self is what holds the cable to the door. Do the same on the unit end. I use a putty knife because it's easier to get behind the plug.
