Question about Crane Frog EE-3191 1 Gallon Humidifier
The fan runs but there is no moisture! It is not kicking up any mist!
Also, the light on the front does not turn on (which I only mention in case it might indicate why there's no humidity).
According to the manual, there may be a problem with your water level sensor. According to the manual:
- Ensure that water level sensor is assembled properly.
- Clean water float.
- Call service center and request replacement water float.
I scanned in the page from the manual that shows how to dismantle, clean, and reassemble the water level sensor here.
If that doesn't work, you can try contacting the manufacturer:

I ad the same problem when I moved the Humidifier when the water was full in the tank. I think the water must have accidently gotten inside the mist producing section, so I turned the unit upside down into a sink and drained out any water which might have accidently gone into sections where is is not supposed to go.
The mist came back on after I restarted it.
