There is a tensioner pulley attached to an arm.
Release the tension on the belt by undoing the pulley arm bolt, the belt will have enough slack to slide off the pulleys.
To put it back on, you find the diagram on the radiator guard or under the hood.

I need 3 parts for the Bodyguard 955 ErgoCycle. I need a friction strap, 1230 mm; a fixing hook for friction strap; and a lock spring. I can't find a picture of one part called a Flywheel cpl, white...

If you can't find it with a Google search for "Bodyguard 955 ErgoCycle parts" then coming here is not going to do you any better. Note below that "wvlyon" was looking for similar parts in 2010 without luck.

Peugeot 206 (manual, 2002) - fitting a new fan belt I have removed the old belt and want to know how to thread the new one. Is there an online diagram I can reference? Also, I need to locate the manual...

for your car, you need a repair manual for the diagram if it's not under your hood on a decal. And yes, you may need a special tool for the tensioner. see if Chilton has a repair manual for your specific car.
