It is either the Hard drive or the Fan(s). Hopefully it is the Fans.
You can find out which one it is by simply taking out the Hard drive and seeing if the sound is still happening. If the sound still occurs with the Hard drive out, then it is your Fan(s). You may just need to clean the Fan(s) to get the noise to stop.
If it only occurs when you have the Hard drive in, then it is your Hard drive and you may need to order a new one before yours "craps out".
