Hokey Pokey Elmo sings and moves his hand and foot but stopped shaking and won't turn around in a circle. It worked fine then stopped working we changed the batteries and it worked a short time then quit...

Hi ms_debbie13

    How to Activate
  1. This plush, shiny red Elmo is standing with his arms up above his head. One foot is lifted slightly off the floor and the other is on the floor. On that foot, there is a swivel allowing Elmo to turn, the battery door and the on/off switch. Turn Elmo on and stand him upright then squeeze his left hand to begin his song.

Elmo really moves his right arm and leg in time with the song, and also turns in a circle. When the song is done Elmo says, "Whew.. that was fun! Elmo's pooped!"
  2. Alternative Mode
  3. The alternative mode is Elmo trying to keep up as the music keeps getting faster. If Elmo falls over he will say, "Woops!" and then he will thank you when you set him back upright.

Elmo EV 200 can no longer focus. Any suggestions for repair options?

Remove the orange plastic parts near the camera.

There is a square opening/hole.

Get a long small screwdriver and adjust the screw connected to the lens.

I did this with it on, so I could see if it was making a difference. I am not 100% sure if adjusting the screw was the fix. However, moving stuff around in that area seemed to make a huge difference.
