First check your power cable are works fine .
Change power cable then try.
Also Open cpu cabinet and refix RAM memory.
Also check your cpu power supply works fine change smps power supply of SMPs it is in back top side of cpu it is square box.
Reconnect ATX power connector to motherbord from smps.

How do i convert my 1.2kw solar inverter on my roof so i can run my home on stored energy ?

Solar panels produce DC voltage.
some solar panels have the inverter integrated into each solar panel.
I would suggest contacting a local solar panel supplier and asking them if they could add a Battery Charging System to the Solar panels you use. An then what sort of inverter to add to the bank of batteries.
An inverter converts DC voltage to AC voltage to use in the grid.
The AC voltages and DC voltages involved have the possiblity to kill if you much around with electricity.

Hitachi L26D103. Less than 2 years old. Working fine one day. Turned on the next day and the sound works, but not the picture. This is an issue when in both the TV and DVD modes.

Good day!

If your TV doesn't have a picture even you play a DVD it means there is problem to your TV.It could be the Inverter board or the cold cathode lights is busted.

This are the steps on how to fix that problem.
  1. Remove the back cover of your TV.
  2. After that, plug in the TV and power it ON to perform a voltage data.
  3. Check the the output voltage of your power supply by using multimeter tester (range in DC) then check the 24vdc(supply of inverter board).
  4. If you have 24vdc in power supply output, check also the input voltage of inverter board if have 24vdc.If doesn't check the wire connection from power supply to the inverter board.
  5. If have you input voltage of inverter then check the high voltage output of it,if have at least 500vdc so be careful to check it because it have a high voltage.
  6. If doesn't have high voltage output replace the inverter board and if have a output voltage the cold cathode lamp inside is busted so you have to replace it
The inverter board looks like this:

You can buy it to this link:

Light turns on so the power works but the screen stays off

Check capacitors on the inverter boards.Replace them if bulged on top. Shine Light on screen .If image iss there then this verifys that video is present and the problem is backlight. If caps are ok look for voltage about 15v to inverters from power supply and also an inv on voltage if present replace inverter boards. If no voltages from power board ,replace power board.

I bought a used dell monitor e177fpc when i hook it up to my comp. i get can not support 1280 x 1024 resolution

Try downsizing the resolution, and then try unplugging your adapters. If it's not working still, it's a bug in the drivers, which should be taken to a professional to be looked at.

Black screen but sound works on bravia 40in. LCD

Without any error codes hard to say. I would check the power supply for any swollen caps and replace them. Start checking voltages. Check for voltages to the inverter boards. Unplug the tcon board and see if unit will power on. The main board gets a constant always on +5v from power board. When power button is press a turn on voltage is sent from main to power board. Unplug inverter boards and try to turn on. Inverter boards are just a high vol ballast the supply voltage to the florencent back lighting.

SAMSUNG LCD TV (broken high voltage inverter?)

Sometimes a TV screen will illuminate for a moment when first turned on and then go black. Sound will be OK. Check electrolytic capacitors in low voltage power supply. There will be 2 to 4 around 1000 to 2200ufd. Inspect for caps that look like the tops are swollen or are near sources of heat. What happens is the inverters that illuminate the screen draw a lot of current when the TV is first turned on. Power supply cannot supply the amount of current needed with defective caps. Inverters will then shutdown and not try to restart until TS is turned off then back on. Checking output voltages will look normal when measured with this symptom. Caps are cheap and easy to replace.

Laptop's light is turning off!

This is going to be a problem with either the screen inverter, or the screen backlight. I would recommend have it diagnosed first to see which it is. You can test this yourself if you have an ohm meter, and a little technical know how.You will need to pull the screen bezel (the plastic piece around the front of the screen), the are screws hidden under the small round plastic sticky tabs on the bezel. Once you've removed the screws the bezel will snap off. Get it started at one side and work it up the rest of the way around, be careful not to break it ar the corners when lifting it off. Once the bezel is off you will see the inverter at the base of the screen. Power down the machine and disconnect the lead that goes to the screen. The power going into the inverter is very low, the inverter boosts the power back up to what the screen needs to work, so the power on the screen end will be significantly higher than the motherboard end. The voltage range differs machine to machine, so I can't tell you what it should be exactly, only that if it's the same or slightly higher from end to end, then it's bad. Now, inverters can be changed out, but backlight are part of the screen and cannot be change out. If it's a bad backlight, then the entire screen will need replaced.
