I have a A7 digimax Samsung digital camera 7.0 mega pixels and when I turn it on the screen is blank so I can not see to take a picture and when I do the picutre comes out black as well.

This is a problem with the CCD imaging in the camera. To put it simply the camera needs major repair. You can follow this link to inquire with samsung about getting it repaired.
