What year was this made SNFSD12CNY4826?

Serial numbers are most often useless in dating or getting info on bikes. Some bikes have a date code on the head tube (where the fork goes through). Best solution is to go to BikePedia, then put your make/model in to the search. Scroll through until you find one that matches the color scheme, decals and equipment of your bike.
If the bike has been repainted, so that make/model is unknown you will have a very difficult time getting any info on the bike, but it's also not that important. Repainted bikes have no collectible value, are generally worth less, and the year of manufacture or even the brand does not matter for repair or parts..

At our agency we have Motorola HT 1000. I am looking for a product that will drain the battery completely, so it lasts longer.

You do not want to drain the battery completely because doing so runs the risk of making the battery useless and non-fixable. What you need is a unit called a "conditioning charger" which will run the battery down to a low point and then recharge it. A radio service shop is probably the best place to find such a charger.

Nokia power up/power off loop

Hmmm, to be honest the only suggestion I could make at this point would be to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or Nokia Service Point. The chances are they will need to either flash the phone or perform a full reset (factory settings + format) of the phone so you would lose all content (contacts, images, video, sms, mms, emails etc.). I'm really sorry I couldn't offer any better advice.

One of my dionic 90 batteries has died very shortly after not holding a charge for more than a few charges less than 250 .any help ?

The Dionic 90 series batteries will last between 2-3.5 years or about
200-250 cycles (at 60% or better of original capacity)
At this point they can be recelled (install all new internal cells) cost is a little less than half of a new battery purchase.

Another common problem is loose or broken connections which will render a battery pack useless or dead, this can be easily repaired if caught early on before the cells self drain and go bad.

I specialize in repairing Anton Bauer and other professional video
application batteries.

I need to Unlock Pin for my Motorola c168i....

If you are with your current carrier for more then 90 days, you can request a code by calling their support number. It will takearound 1 - 3 weeks to get the code from them, and its totally free.
If you are in hurry, you can buy one online using any website that offers unlocking code.
I was able to unlock 2 of our phones using this web site. for only $13
most cheapest price and secure site, that accepted Paypal.
I always prefer paying with Paypal as its safe for buyers.

97 bmw 528i factory alarm goes off for no reason

disable the hood microswitch. just unplug it. That and the cabin sensor are the most probably reasons the alarm will go off.
Alarms are useless. Totally effin useless. So it goes off.....then whaddya going to do. Shoot someone? Call the police? or listen to it drain the battery over and over again. can't disable the alarm totally. The bmw engineers have tied it into the main computer. you can however disable the sensors one by one so it doesn't set off the alarm. Hood sensor....Hood sensor....that's the culprit.
