Can i get a driver

There is no driver for this unit. Also I don't believe this unit is hooked up to the computer. I have reviewed the entire user manual and it doesnt reference that anywhere. You can download the updated firmware from their website though:

How are you connecting your computer to the dvd recorder? Thru the s-video connection? The driver you will need will be for the PC and not the DVD recorder. Check the manufacture's website of your PC for additional video drivers that will allow you to change the s-video connection to recieve signals. The problem may be that the connection is only for output of video and not to recieve input. The computer might be asking for a driver because the dvd recorder is not a monitor.
