You may have to un-install and before re-installing the software, plug in the usb cable and attach the camera, whn windows finds new hardware wizard comes up direct it to search the cd drive for the drivers, when everything is installed that way, re-install the sipix software. If yu need just the drivers I have them on a web back-up and I can e-mail you a link for the zipped folder or the users manual.
