If it's the free version of Antivir that you are using then there is no way to disable the pop up advertising window.
I use Antivir myself and i have looked everywhere to try and find how to disable the annoying pop up with no luck.
If you don't want any annoying adverts then try AVG Free instead.

There is a way to solve this annoyance. See the instructions below for all versions of XP:

Windows XP Pro:

  1. Start - Run - Type "secpol.msc"
  2. Click on Software Restriction Policy - go to Action (at the top) - Create New Restriction Policies
  3. Right-click on Additional Rules (on the right) - Choose New Path Rule
avira antivir guard: attention, dtection window - new_path_rule.png 4. Now click Browse and find the "avnotify.exe" file (C:\Program File\AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic\)
5. Make sure the security level is set to "Disallowed" and click OK.
Done. What you have done is disallowed the execution of "avnotify.exe", which should suppress the popup window.
Windows XP Home (and Media Center)
  1. Boot into Safe Mode (repeatedly press F8 after boot)
  2. Login under the Administrator account
  3. Navigate to C:\Program File\AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic\avnotify.exe
  4. Right-click "avnotify" - Go to Properties - Security - Advanced
  5. Look under the Permissions folder for a listing of all the system users. Do the following for all the users:
  6. Edit - Traverse Folder / Execute File - Deny - Click OK
  7. Reboot (into Normal mode) when finished
Hope this helps!

I always encounter antivir guard

You havn't really clarified what your problem is. You say "i always encounter antivir guard" so I can only assume you are encountering some type of message from the anti virus program while using your pc.The easiest method to fix this is to disable the antivirus program or remove it. Installing AVG antivirus(do a google search) is a free program and will not have annoying pop ups.

If the anti-virus program is blocking programs then you need to go into the settings and change the option where it does that.

The settings may also contain a way to stop the notifications.

Unless you provide more and clarifiying details I won't be able to help you better! Let me know if you have questions.

Cannot download from nakido website. queuing for 3 days without turning off pc and yet not a single movement. try for 3 week but still cannot download. please help

I know how to fix this. Disable your antivirus program and if you have Avira AntiVir also disable the Web Guard as well. You should also disable the Advanced System Protector program as well if it is installed on your computer because it asks to allow the modification of the server
Another thing people can do is to go into safe mode with networking which disables just about everything on the task bar (anti virus, firewall, anti spam, etc).

Can you give a a free license key for avira antivirus?

All you have to do is go here and read the Note. There you will find a link to a free license key.
I have used Avira AntiVir, AVG, and Avast. Of the three IMO based on my experience, Avast is the best free one you can get. I highly recommend Avast which you can get for free here.

Download older version of Avira Antivir

Why xp SP1??.

If you dont update your OS, even with the best Antivirus you will be in big trouble with security breaches/holes.

IF your copy of windows will not pass the WGA then you are out of luck with Avira . Avira needs SP2 so you could try AVAST, its min requirements are.
Processor Pentium 3, 128 MB RAM, 100 MB of free hard disk space
Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 (32/64 bit)
