May I know the exact error messages in the printer screen. If it's green and yellow lights that are flashing you need to push more the two cartridges that you replace....also try to clean it using the printer program installed in your computer....good luck and hope it will help....
Generally means that you're out of ink in your ink cartridge. Note that the NUMBER of times it flashes is significant: if it's 2 or 3 flashes at a time, then it's a paper problem (jam, out of paper, etc.), otherwise it's an ink problem (replace the cartridge).
What the flashing light means The Power light can flash for several reasons:
• The printer cover is open. • The printer is out of paper. • A problem exists with the printer, such as a paper jam or a problem with a print cartridge.
If an error message appears Read the error message that explains the problem and its solution.
If no error message appears Check the status of the printer by using the printer tools. To gain access to the tools, open the Printer Properties dialog box, click the Services tab, and then click the Service this device button.
Use the printer tools to perform the following tasks: • View estimated ink levels. • Clean the print cartridges. • Calibrate the printer. • Print a test page. • Perform other functions as needed.
Hi, the HP printers tell you what's wrong by using the lights on the front. Depending on which lights are on/flashing/off will give a different fix. If you can let me know the sequence of lights (i.e. resume light blinking plus cartridge light on etc).
the flashing lights is an error message, the flasshing may be a sequence of flashes, which designates an error code.
speek to the tech support from the manufactur to decode the message & see if there is an easy solution
