Question about Sprint BlackBerry 8703e Phone
On the home screen (the one with all the icons - messages, address book, and so on) scroll until you find an icon that says Turn Wireless On. click on this icon to turn the wireless on. if your battery isn't charged enough, it may not allow you to turn the radio on, which means you would need to charge it to allow the wireless radio function to work.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
