Question about Whirlpool 18.2 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator ET18PKXG
This is usually caused by the condenser fan not running. It's located underneath the freezer/refridgerator, accessed from behind. It's behind the cardboard cover at the bottom. It should be running when the compressor runs.
Another cause could be dirty condenser coils which are located at the same location.
Another less probable cause is the failure of the defrost system which would allow ice to build up on the evaporator coils behind the rear cover inside the freezer.
