One of two things most likely. 1. The wiper blade is stuck to the print head,or 2, The print head blosk has a lot of spill over ink built up in it. That code is caused by the inability of the print head to move properly. Either left to right or pivot front to back to get into the print position. You have to remove the covers to access the stainless steel print block. It is located about 2/3 of the way back on the lower left side of the frame. It is a one inch by one inch square block that may have a lot of buildup of spill over ink in it. If the wiper is stuck you have to remove the ink loader , where you add the ink sticks , to access the area between the print head and drum, It is a pink blade the is between the drum and print head, it wold be stuck to the print head not allowing it to move. Just carefully unstick it from the print head
