Hi !

Thank you for choosing the Fixya.com

Cause: A thirdparty driver/software crashing the windowing subsystem. Windows hascome up with a kernel change that, if Windows crashes, it'll reboot themachine rather than going to the blue screen.

Step2:Now, restart the machine try to boot in to the Windows Advanced MenuOption by pressing the F8. Try disabling "Automatic restart on systemfailure, So that you can get the BSOD & the troubleshootaccordingly. Need more help about, how to boot in to Safe Mode, checkthis article:

Step3: If you are able to boot in to the Safe Mode, Check if you can undothe changes that caused this problem, If you can't remember. Try SystemRetore.

Step 4: Still no joy, Configure the computer in Clean Boot.

Also, perform Windows Update & 80% of time it'll fix it for you.

Sir, This is the rare problem. This the cause of a computer virus. For this you need to format the system. I would suggest you to please take it to the near service center, they would format as well as a strong antivirus they will install to it.

Tapping f8 as soon as the computer starts booting and keep tapping it should get you the screen for safe mode. you need to remove whatever software that is causing the problem or device you have added.

Turn my acer aspire 3680 2022 on and get a screen that said we apologize for the inconvenience but windows did not start successfully. a recent hardware or solfware change might have caused this.then it...

It appears that the issue might be with some hardware malfunctions. It may happen due to hardware failure, BIOS mismatch or due to
static charge. Let us try the basic troubleshooting. Turn Off the
Computer, remove all the devices attached to the computer, the power
cable and battrey, now holdon the power button for 15 secs (make sure
adpater and battery are uplugged) it will drain out all the static
charge. Now, restart the computer and keep on tapping F2, you will enter
to BIOS setup utility, press F9 (click "Yes", if you are prompted) and
then press F10 (Click "Yes", if you are prompted), it will restart the
computer. If still it is not booting to normal mode, then we have to
perform a full system recovery & it is a distructive process as you will
loose all the datas on the computer. To do so, Turn Off the computer,
now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key &
keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery
console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction.
NOTE: This will erase all the datas on the computer

If you added any exta hardware means kindly remove it and boot the computer
Then you try boot by selecting the option of Boot using last known good configuration.
If the boot is successful then you can boot later booting without any problem.

If boot is not successful and this problem is happened after installing any software or driver software means boot in safe mode by pressing f8 key and uninstall it

Sounds like you have some corrupt files required for starting Windows. If "last known good configuration" will not work, I would suggest using any windows OEM disks that came with your computer to try to repair the startup files. If not, then you may have to either purchase a Windows OS disk, or pay to have it reinstalled.

Restart in Safe Mode (Option 1 on the list) - when you get back on the desktop - uninstall the last you installed before the crash.

If you cannot get back on - locate the Recovery CD, put it in the drive and reboot from it. See if it will give you the choice to reinstall Windows in a NON-DESTRUCTIVE method.
