Chances are the motor has failed on it. If this is a submersible pump they actually have a shelf-life. These pumps are typically filled with a water glycol solution with time this will slowly evaporate causing the motor to bind and fail.
I hope this may have assisted you,
Tom

I've got the Bosch AE 9.5 tankless water heater.

1) Cheapest and most reliable solution: Install tank-type electric water heater from local box store for $250. Get store coupons, offer 10% off store price. Repairs are made same day with generic off-the-shelf parts.

2) Install grundfo water pressure boosting pump.

http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-solder-pipes.html

3) Remove areators and low flow shower heads, Maintain unit as shown in product manual: Delime tankless unit yearly, Clean water filter monthly.

4) Call city and report low pressure and report issue as fire hazard, move to different apartment. Call apartment complex and ask why they didn't read flow requirements for tankless before installing tankless.

5) Call Bosch 866-330-2729 and complain that nobody read the flow requirement or tested local water flow before installing tankless.

It is a capacitor. Please read up on how capacitors work and it will explain itself.

The capacitor is holding a charge, just like it was designed to do.

Replaces starter and coil packs, whats to start but doesn't turnover, sounds like fuel pump is running but just wont start

I would start by checking the bleeder valve on the fuel rail to make sure its getting gas and has good pressure.

My intex saltwater pump reads 88 and when I hit the arrows it continuously beeps without ever resetting to 0. I unplugged overnight and still doesn't work.

This thing is very sensitive. If you dont get the timing just right or in the right order that often happens. When it happens turn it off for a few seconds then try again. The book says hold the down button down for 5 seconds until you hear one beep, then up button for 5 seconds till you hear another beep. I find that 5 seconds sometimes isnt long enough and sometimes to long. Like I said, it is quite touchy. After two years still have it happen sometimes. P.S. Make sure the pump is running and water is flowing when you try it.

Cut generator into 230 volt water pump system

I would double check the wiring at water pump to verify the operating voltage and that the red, black and yellow are wired as you think and make sure you double check the wiring to the generator and verify the voltages of the unit with it running before you shut it off and make your final connections.Make sure youe your ground/neutrals are correct first the wire the hot leads.

I have a Gen-x PCX 40 that sat as a back up for 5 years, I needed it, hooked it all up, plugged it in and nothing happened, the body of it got warm, no water movement. rickeppers@verizon.net The one I had...

Logically right. The older one - check it up for stucked
bearings or impeller. But first check the impeller, turn
by hand. To check the impeller is to open the pump end by taking off the bolts that hold it. If you can easily turn tthe impeller by hand, then the main problem is motor winding. It is either grounded or partially burned. It therefore needs rewinding. Send your e-mail for further assistance.

Hayward eC-40 pump losing pressure very fast

A better way to clean the filter tubes in the EC40 is to remove the filter tube assembly and soak it in a 5 gallon paint pail that is filled with a solution of water and a 20% muriatic acid, available at hardware and home center stores. Be very careful handling the muriatic acid. Don't splash it around.

Mix it in a 1-to-1 ratio with water and soak the assembly for at least 8 hours. Keep the soaking pail out of the reach of kids and animals.

Remove the assembly, properly dispose of the acid mix and refill the pail with clean water. Soak again for 3 to 4 hours, then reassemble your filter.

Some pool guys say it isn't necessary to soak the tubes in clean water because the muriatic acid will not harm the pool water and will reduce the pH if it's too high. I've always soaked them to be safe.

This is a link to the Hayward manual that describes the process:
