Cant use Easy Web Print on Pixma MP130. Freezes everything up and have to reboot

my canon mp250 won't print color photos it does well with BW but not color. I took back the first one I had did the same thing now the second one won't print color photos off the internet. what did I do wrong? Both inks are brand new.

5200 indicates print head overheating.


1. Allow print head to cool down 2. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to ensure a secure connection 3. Press ON/OFF switch to reset the multifunction device 4. Remove foreign object from paper feed area (MP130) 5. The MP130 may require repair

I'd say it's probably the printer driver. Uninstal and reinstal it or update it. Printer drivers are a comon cause of printing faults.

Press menu to maintenance.....go to cleaning roller....repeat cleaning 3 times....return to copying...hope this helps

call a technical support to fix your printer... its a mechanical or board problem inside...

you can try this:

Turn on the printer (MP130) and do the following:
1. Press MENU SCAN COPY SCAN to enter service mode
2. Use > to go to NVRAM ACCESS
3. Set ABS-M LEVEL to 0
4. Set ABS-P LEVEL to 0
5. Press STOP to exit

Done, hope it work.
