Whilst trying to put a pin number on my phone i have accidentally locked it and my phone is now asking foe a PUK number however i bought the phone 2nd hand and dont know what details were used when activating the sim so i am having trouble getting accsess to the PUK number!! Does anyone know what i can do??
Probably won't be able to find an English manual as it's a Chinese phone and nothing to do with Nokia.
Clue would be that Nokia dont generally do Dual sim phones. This is a dodgy Chinese import.
Most common reason for your problem that I've heard is that Your sim is 3g and wont work in a Chinese 2g phone. Get one of the back street phone doctors to fiddle with it and you should be ok.
(Dont expect Nokia to fix it when it eventually dies, mind you... )
If you do find a manual in english it wont help. You need a gsm sim card, which networks dont issue anymore. Hope you didnt spend to much on this
well chinese phones have started coming with 1 yr warranty.. ny how try to get it replaced and i would suggest u should have checked it while purchasing bevoz it is chinese man.and now the repair of chinese sets is possible. so get it repaired. but try to get it replaced if possible
As to the Chinese iPhone 3G installation of duo sim chips, one goes in the normal location, just insert the chip, not chip carrier. to install the second one, you'll need to unscrew the tow little screws on the bottom and put it inside.
