    Thankyou all for trying.

After investigating the wiring schematics further and testing with my multimeter, my suspicions were confirmed. The problem was related to a bad relay, which controls the heat strips in the Air Handler. The relay had failed in the closed (energized) position. Normally, this relay gets energized by 24v DC when the thermostat is in heat mode and needs to increase temperature. Failure in the closed position applies power to the heat strips and the blower constantly. The blower running is obviously a safety precaution to prevent possible combustion from no air moving over the heat strips.

It seems like I have a problem similar to yours. Except, my heater strip comes on every now and then. It will stay off for a while and then it will stay on for a while even if the thermostat is set to off or disconnected.

My HP Pavilion dv6 WW146AV runs hot!

In order to address this the unit must be taken apart, remove fan and clean with compressed air, next remove the heat sink, four spring loaded screws turn one "small amount" go diaganal do the same and the next two until removed from the processor ic, blow out any dirt, next remove old silicon grease with rubbing alcohol, apply fresh thermal grease to the ic and heat sink "small amount" and assemble. This will solve most issues.

This is a Unico AIR HANDLER in a residential application with heat / cool unit in the attic. With system off (not calling for cool) and fan in auto mode, the blower fan is on high speed only constantly....

Sounds like a sticking relay. You can check the stat simply by remove the faceplate. If fan still runs with tstat cover off its not the stat. Not sure is your blower has a separate relay or if relay is mounted on control board. This can be bypassed with a new relay if you are willing. Good luck!!

My pc fans runs constantly and the computer is hot

There are several things to look for here.
  • The CPU Heat sink (the big metal block with a fan) may not be making good contact with the CPU surface area.
  • Thermal compound may have not been applied between the CPU surface area and heat sink
  • The heat sink and fan are not sufficient enough to cool your CPU
  • Dust buildup is not allowing proper circulation of cooling air
If this system is not a name brand and covered by warranty then I would remove the heat sink (carefully) and verify that the mounting bracket is not broken or loose. I would check that ample thermal compound is applied, and if not use rubbing alcohol to remove all compound from the heat sink and CPU and purchase a tube of compound to apply yourself. I would also thoroughly clean the heat sink with compressed air.
If the heat issue continues then you will want to consider upgrading to a more powerful cooling solution.
The CPU fan should run constantly but in some systems will run between 50% and 100% speeds assuming a variable temperature control is applied to the system via motherboard or third party installation.

How do you turn on the heater?

Mine has two switches one says cool - off - heat, the other says fan on - fan auto. For heat I set the first to heat and the second to auto. This puts everything in to heat mode and the fan runs from the furnace control now not constantly. Hope this helps you out.

My outside fan will not run and the inside unit runs constantly. can't push the reset button on unit outside

Your out door unit fan motor not runs due to pressure not build up at Heat mode. If its cool mode only fan runs with compressor when thermostat calls for it.

Without having technical knowledge, don't press any reset button. Hope it's helpful?

Fan running constantly in the house

Check t-stat and make sure fan is set to "Auto", that might be why fan is running all the time, or it could be a fan relay that is stuck closed. It sounds like you A/C is over charged or you have a bad high pressure switch, this was a common problem with this manufacture especially in the heat mode.
