Write the words from the TV on apiece of paper, then go to Korean to English dictionary to translate the words so you can change it. It's a pain, but better than trying to learn Korean.
Swipe down from top to bottom on the start screen. This will display a screen with wifi, location,bluetooth, etc. At the top there is a symbol that looks like a gear. Press the gear button (settings). This opens a new window. On the top of this window their are 4 buttons. Press the second button(has a person next to a cell phone symbol). In the new window scroll down until you see a white tile with an 'A' in it. Press that. In the new window press the top button '?? '. Scroll down and find English.

You need to reach the Option menu, and to set the language. You will have to do this working on the Korean menu. I hope that the pictures below may help:
Press MENU button on remote, and go to OPTION menu, which is the one with a tag picture, right on top of the padlock pic.
Use the arrow buttons to select language. use arrow right to confirm and up and down to select.
you can use and online translator for your Korean instruction set. Try a google search and find the company that make it and copy and paste the instruction in the translator or click on "translate this page in the Google search engine and it should show the instruction set in English 2. call the company and see if they can translate or send the instructions in English.
