Well is this a new unit?
data is usually 12 months behind, due to time to collect and render for the various brands. If you think your GPS data is out of date more than 12 months return it to the seller and demand an update.
Nip into another seller and check what releases they have on their demo units, compare with yours and then make your claim against the seller you purchased from
