From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dryer is displaying an error code of "EL8" and it will run for 30 seconds then beep the code. I am showing that "EL8" is an invalid code. It could be a possible miscommunication error so I would suggest performing a reset on your dryer and you can do that by disconnecting power from your dryer for roughly ten minutes. I understand that you are receiving an E4A error code on your Frigidaire dryer. I do not show an E4A error code for your appliance. I do have an EA4 error code which states improper home wiring. The other possibility is that this could be a false error code. I suggest resetting your dryer, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. When you restore power, start any cycle on your dryer. That means that the ignitor is most likely failing to start the process to ignite the gas. The ignitor is like a light bulb and can burn out.

Typically it indicates a faulty issue with the timeout program. Contact a professional to move forward accurately. Technician will check for anything that would cause extend dry times such as: no heat, restricted vent, blower fan blade broken or loose, dryer installed in closet with solid door, bad connection in moisture sensor bar circuit or dirty bars. Press the start pause button and the cancel button hold them together 30 seconds

Try checking the dryer vent to the outside . It should almost feel like a blowdryer for hair . You have some kind of blockage.

I found via a Google search that E68 means one of the keys is jammed. Looking at it, it was pretty obvious which one, so I pushed it in and re-centered it in its casing. That did the trick.
