Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
There are no functions available can only turn off and on. I have removed and replaced the battery and it makes no difference. I have only had the phone about 3 months. This is the first time I have had any problem.
I think you need to take it to a Motorola service center to get it flashed. If its just 3 months old, should be taken care of for free under your phone's warranty.
However, please note that most of the cellphone companies DO NOT cover moisture damage or accidental damage under their warranty conditions. You might need to pay for the services, if your phone became faulty after getting wet, or being dropped, etc.
