- i have the same problem, my driver will only read some DVD, but it wont Read my Warhammer online DVD #2..

Windows ships with a generic driver that should support all Drives

if it doesnt work
try the manufactures web page

or try
www.driverguide.com

if installing the driver doesnt work or the drive is supported by windows generic there might be a problem with windows itself
let me know what happens and i'd advise you further from there
