At the top of the diagram it shows fuse's that power these thing's . Check those first . Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's using a voltmeter ? Do you know what a ford smart junction box is ? The SJB is a fuse / relay panel that has electronic's inside . It is located inside the car under dash panel ,left side .

Module Controlled Functions The vehicle is equipped with a smart junction box (SJB) and a driver seat module.

2006 chevy Malibu lt no low beam head lights no power at fuses swapped relays had power at 2 locations at relay location but still no power at fuses.

The relay isn't being energized (turned on ) That's why there is no power to the fuse's . Probably the switch is bad , but without testing that would be a guess . Have someone switch the headlamps from high to low , do you feel the relay click on ? Does the car have auto light's ? do they work ? Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? How to read one ? Use a volt meter to test electric circuits ? Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine . Under system click on lighting , then under subsystem click headlamp's . You should see battery voltage at two of the relay pin's , If you look on the bottom of the relay you should see four set's of numbers 30 ,87 & 85 , 86 . If you jumped pin 30 & 87 together with a piece of wire the light's should work . Jump where the relay plugs into the fuse / relay box , not the pin's on the relay . The switch isn't giving ground anymore , this would energize the relay turning on the low beams . Check out the wiring diagram , hope these makes sense .

How do I get power to operate fog lights that I installed wiring harness installed fog light switch installed.

Trace the 12 volts to the relay, test the relay to be certain it is working properly, make sure that 12 volts is delivered to the proper side of the relay and that you have 12 v from the proper side of the relay to the lights, after the lights continue towards the grounding site, have good grounding to bare metal or return to the negative side of the battery.
I hope this helps trouble shoot this issue.
Cheers!

TV does not turn on? (Relay problem?)

The power supply could be failing intermittently. That's why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Also, the relay could be erratic.

I have a reebok crosswalk rt 5.0 treadmill. I can calibrate the incline and it goes up and down. however when you press the button to raise the incline the incline number will change but the machine does...

Step 1:

see this details and proceed according. God bless you

The SCR lower board is designed with diagnostic LED lights. The LED's are color coded according to

their specific function. Green indicates a properly operating treadmill; the green lights should always

be ON when power is supplied to the treadmill. Yellow indicates a treadmill function. Red indicates a

treadmill malfunction. Here is a list of each LED and what it signifies:

MOTOR (yellow) - The MOTOR LED illuminates when dc (direct current) voltage is sent to the drive

motor. The LED gets brighter when the dc output is increased.

RLC (yellow) - The RLC (R = Reactance / L = Inductance / C = Capacitance) LED illuminates when

the filtering system is properly working. The filtering system includes the capacitor and filter choke. If

there is a short in either component then the RLC light will not come on.

DN & UP (yellow) - The DN and UP LED lights tell us if the elevation DN and UP relays are

functioning properly. When the LED lights, it tells us that the relay has energized and is sending high

voltage (110vac or 220vac) to the elevation motor.

AC PWR (green) - The AC PWR (Alternating Current Power) illuminates when AC line voltage is

delivered to the treadmill. It then passes through the in-line fuse (110)/s(220) and lights the AC PWR

LED.

+12V (green) - When the proper AC voltage is delivered to the treadmill, passes through the in-line

fuse/s, through the full wave bridge rectifier (changes AC to DC), through the transformer (steps down

Step 2:

This the board LED, who control the DC to +12vdc) then the +12V LED lights.
signal for Main Motor+Elevation Motor. You must see, the LED DN+ UP( both will be Lit) in any position down or Up.

2) The RELAY board is designed with diagnostic LED lights. The LED's are color coded according to

their specific function. Green indicates a properly operating treadmill; the green lights should always

be ON when power is supplied to the treadmill. Yellow indicates a treadmill function. Red indicates a

treadmill malfunction. Here is a list of each LED and what it signifies:

AC PWR (green) - The AC PWR (Alternating Current Power) illuminates when AC line voltage is

delivered to the treadmill. It then passes through the in-line fuse (110)/s(220) and lights the AC PWR

LED.

VDC (green) - The VDC LED will light when it receives DC voltage from the DC power supply.

DN & UP (yellow) - The DN and UP LED lights tell us if the elevation DN and UP relays are

functioning properly. When the LED lights, it tells us that the relay has energized and is sending high

voltage (110vac or 220vac) to the elevation motor.

UPSW (green) - This LED will illuminate when the low voltage dc is delivered from the upper display

board to the elevation UP relay. This low voltage dc is what energizes the coil of the relay.

DNSW (green) - This LED will illuminate when the low voltage dc is delivered from the upper display

board to the elevation DOWN relay. This low voltage dc is what energizes the coil of the relay.

BELTSW (green) - This LED will illuminate when the low voltage dc is delivered from the upper

display board to the belt (motor start) relay. This low voltage dc is what energizes the coil of the relay.

SPD (yellow) - The SPD LED flashes on and off (relative to speed) when the speed sensor is

operating properly.

PWM (yellow) - This LED will light when the upper board is sending a speed signal to the PWM.

Both the PWM LED and BELTSW LED must be lit for belt movement.
Finally this this Relay Board, the Each Led will be Lit, for any Relai control for DN down, or UP for elevation Motor. You must clean contact of the Relay with Special Spray(Radio Schack).

With this you must fix it.

My tv clicks to come on but no sound no picture

If there was a power outage the problem is likely in the power supply.

The power light on the front comes on or not?

If no power light unplug the set and follow power cord inside and check the fuses---the click is a power relay activating---set may have up to 3 black relays on the power board.

Let me know your skill level and I will be happy to help.
