Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
My sansa won't show up in my Explorer after I have connected the cable to the computer...
Sansa support for c200 series:
Look for item 15 in the c200 faqs "player not recognized":
1. Have the Windows Mediaplayer 11 installed and updated
if this did not help and
2. When running Vista apply the microsoft hotfix
when not running Vista or this didn't help:
3. install the microsoft MTP porting kit
MTP stands for Media Transfer Protocol based on software linked
4. If that didn't help try to connect in MSC mode.
MSC stands for Massage Storage Class based on hardware linked
devices, seeing the player as a removable disk: In the player
Go to Settings > System Settings > USB Mode & choose MSC.
Just ask for help if this will not solve your problem.
