Question about NetGear RangeMax WPN824 Router
If you have a wireless laptop and if you are unable to detect any of the wireless networks in the vicinity, please double-check that the wireless switch on the laptop is turned on. Wireless switch on the laptop may be a physical switch by the sides or may be a combination of keys from the keyboard. Please look for laptop manual or contact manufacturer of the laptop in case of any confusion regarding this.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue.

Are you using a laptop? If so, the wireless adapter is turned on one of two ways:
#1 - There may be a physical switch, either on the front or side-edge of the laptop (when on, the wireless LED will will turn on, usually looks likes a little "beacon" or transmitting antenna-picture on the unit)
Or #2 - Look at the Function-keys at the top of your keyboard... generally either F2 or F3 is the wireless toggle switch (on many laptops). Look for a little picture of the "beacon" (or something similiar) on one of the F-keys. To toggle on and off:
Press and hold the Function Key ("Fn", located on the bottom row of your keyboard) and then tap the appropriate Function key. Again, the wireless LED should light up.
If you are using a desktop, comment on this post with the make and model of your desktop, and if the wireless adapter was included with purchase, and I will be glad to assist you in turning it on!
Hope this helps!
