Part number for motherboard for e5200

Open the Case and look inside on the board. it might be on a sticker near the memory chip or placed anywhere on the board.

Just write what you see down, then get on ebay and put Lenove Ideacentre 5200 Motherboard in a search. You'll see a board with a number that matches one of the numbers you wrote down.

I did an ebay search and found the following numbers, see if one matches yours when you look inside the computer.

Gateway dx4320. want to install sata card. have side panel off but the metal tab for the card opening is not screwed in like older computers but seem to still be attached by small connections to the rear...

I found a picture of the rear of the case and it looks as if there's 2 screw that hold the right side of the case on, if you're looking at the back of the case.
I really wish manufacturers would put thumb screws on the cases instead of actual screws.

The desktop icons have all become the itunes icon and all shortcuts open itunes. i can't change them because it says i need administrator accces, but i am the administrator

This seems to be a known issue that has been experienced by other users. I recommend you try to uninstall the Itune that you installed in your computer. Try to check this website or forum that I found, this could be helpful for you.

Must restart computer to open the internet again

Seems like you need to configure the Power Saving settings so your Network card does not go to sleep. Alternatively, set the hard disk to "Never Sleep", so your drivers don't go offline.
