Question about Samsung HP-R4262 42 in. Plasma Television
There is a Special coating on the Screen to prevent glare. It all depends on what they used to wipe it down. Anything with an ammonia base to it "Not Good" You can try and wipe it down with a damp Micro fiber cloth. But it really sounds like you streaked it pretty bad. Look in your local Yellow pages for a company that will re coat it for you.
