I'm sorry to tell you, but your operating system (Windows XP, Vista), needs to be reinstalled. Your system has spyware, malware or a virus that cannot be removed.

If your PC has a Restore option (F11 or the Del key on many systems upon bootup), you can restore (not to be confused with System Restore from the Control Panel) your system to factory settings. Restore would bring your PC to its original settings.

Hope this helps.

Just wanted to add - back up all your data files before reinstalling Windows or running Restore. Good luck.

First, try to remember what it is that happened during that day to possibly cause a problem....maybe a windows update, anything? When these types of things come up, I will usually go to the start button > programs > accessories > system tools > system restore. I then look back through the restore points at what event may have taken place. You can go a month or two depending on the amount of space that was allocated to the restore program. Anyway, look back and if you think you know about when it started, choose a point a day or two before that point. You won't lose any personal files you have, just program files that were downloaded or installed. Pick your restore date and follow the prompts and let the computer reboot. I hope this takes care of the problem....usually does.

OK follow this steps, Righ click the computer icon with red X and select view available wireless network and look for your wireless network or SSID and select it and then click on connect and if there's a wireless security just type in the key and that should do it....

Mouse pad won't work

Reinstall the driver for the touch pad. If tha still doesn't work, I would suspect the touch pad itself and buy a new touch pad for your laptop, or an external usb/wireless mouse.

I do not know how to enable the wireless internet on my Dell Insperon B130.

1st try / keep hold of FN and press the appropiate F key (for example FN and F8 together)

2nd try / There may be a little switch at the front of your laptop, just below the mouse pad and keys.

3rd. try /Click start, control panel, network and internet, and then connect to a network.
Click on the wireless network you are trying to connect to and type any password in (if any password is required)

Hope thsi helps and please rate, Thanks

Computer doesn't remember to stay connected to wireless.

Try disabling the Wired Connection under the network connections settings and making the wireless your default. All of this is available via the Windows Control Panel.
