the fixing unit problem. plz chek the taflon film in heater unit. this is not sensing rotation on if sensor white position is dirty or film is scrab. or change the FK unit
If old need to replace all rollers that feed paper - not an easy job Try changing paper Once you open the package paper attracts water like crazy and gets very humid and it will jam on regular basis Try and keep your paper out of humidity good luck
no the tefflon is not fitted properly as you again open the printer and clean the tefflons upper side as any of the greece substance is got stuck up on the tefflon to cause this problem.also clean the pressor roller of orange/red colour with the isoprophyl and then slowly rub the liquid with very dry tissue.your pressure roller is perfectly alright as this paper jam problem comes very often after the tefflon is changed if it is not fitted and cleaned properly.
