Question about LG WM-2277HW Front Load Washer
If you are getting grinding sounds or screeching I would suspect the
hall sensor on the stator/rotor assy is bad, it tells the CCU and the
rotor/stator the positions they should be in, if it is bad no rotation
of the drum...since the rotor/stator cannot get the signals from the
hall sensor..you would have had to remove this sensor and re-install it
to replace the parts you did, believe two wires are attached to the

You'll need at least a new rear tub and a spin tub. LG does not make the bearings or seals available separately. The spin tub should be under warranty but only through an authorized servicer. Big, long, difficult, expensive job. You may have trashed the stator or rotor as well. I'd start shopping for another unit, don't throw good money after bad.
