If you are getting grinding sounds or screeching I would suspect the hall sensor on the stator/rotor assy is bad, it tells the CCU and the rotor/stator the positions they should be in, if it is bad no rotation of the drum...since the rotor/stator cannot get the signals from the hall would have had to remove this sensor and re-install it to replace the parts you did, believe two wires are attached to the sensor.

if you have opened the casing, please post a photo of it for further info:

You'll need at least a new rear tub and a spin tub. LG does not make the bearings or seals available separately. The spin tub should be under warranty but only through an authorized servicer. Big, long, difficult, expensive job. You may have trashed the stator or rotor as well. I'd start shopping for another unit, don't throw good money after bad.

Fisher&paykel ,smart drive excellence 7 .5 ,the washing machine stopped working during the pumping out of the power on the top panel and a slight humming noise

What is it? No power to panel or slight humming sound which indicated there is power? Can't be both. I would suggest that the humming sound if you put it on spin, will be the drain pump trying to go. If pump is left humming like that it will get hot & shut the power off until it cools down again. Pump hums when it has a blockage & can'y spin. Clear the blockage.

It could be a blocked pump, it could be a faulty pump.
You can find the service manual at the following link and it will help find the exact cause of the fault. Download the smart drive service manual.

RAS7233KQO washer wont spin and makes a grinding. noise

Hi, without knowing exactly what the sound sounds like its hard to tell.If the drum trys to spin this could be the sound of a slipping clutch. If it doesnt it could be the transmission doesnt go into gear. If the sound is more dull the motor coupling. The coupling is the cheapest fix, then clutch, then trans. If your handy there not too difficult to change.

My badger 5- 1/2 hp it wont spin the reset dose not work i unplug it that dose not work. sometomes it makes noise and sometimes it dosent but it will not spin at all thanks

If disposal makes sound, then electricity is good. Check that the switch is good and that circuit breaker is not loose and shorted.
Use wood broomstick down into sink opening, or use allen wrench on bottom of disposal, and move cutter disc until it rotates freely. The try disposal switch again.
If disc moves freely but disposal will not operate, then you need new disposal.
I wrote ez replacement steps from when I worked apartment maintenance.

Lg washer 2277, spin cycle

The humming noise is probably the drain pump working to remove the water out of the tub.  It is normal.

LG WM2032HW spin cycle

I had the same problem. You most likely have a drain pump issue. For me, after getting to the drain pump, I found that the hoses leading into it were clogged with dirt. I cleaned all the hoses, and took off the drain pump itself. The impeller (the little plastic blades inside) had come off the pump shaft. I was able to clean out the impeller and pump housing and it went back on. You'll know it's all the way on because it will click into place and then it won't easilty (if at all) pull back off. After this cleaning, mine worked fine. Hope this helps.
