Please check it with another charger or try your charger with another phone to eliminate the charger as being at fault. If it works fine then we know for sure that its your phone. Then check the phones USB jack. You are supposed to see 5 gold color connectors when looking directly into it. If they are there then connect your charger and try wiggling it around a little. If it is too loose, then your charger port of the phone is loose from the inside. Then you need to have it replaced. Please write me if you are in US and want to send it in to me for repair. Bro before Formatting Take the Back up of the Database by connecting the Handset to Ur Computer using Data Cable and take the backup of Database using Desktop Manager Software.

Then u can follow these Steps in Ur Handset
1. Click menu Button
2. Go to OPTIONS.
3. Then SECURITY OPTIONS
4.Select General Settings
5.Click MENU Button.
6.You will get a Option WIPE HANDHELD select it
7.Then you will get a confirmation Msg click CONTINUE,
8.Then Type BLACKBERRY,your Hanset will Be formated.entire Database will Be deleted.
