Question about GPS
I depends on what you cleaned it with.
Any high value solvent cleaner will quite possibly damage it as will anythin abrasive or lots of water.
Suggest leave it for a few hours in a warm (not hot) dry places and make sure it is turned off.
If it does not dry out and still fails to work your next best bet is a replacement touch screen from EBAY.
