Speadstream modem stopped working

I have been using the speadstream 4200, connected to a belkin wireless router, for about a year now with no problems. Just recently it stopped working, the dsl light is flashing, power light on and ethernet light on. activity light not on. I have called bigpond and the line is fine, phone still working. Have replaced phone line and filters to modem, still no luck. any one had a similar problem? Is my modem just had it?
