THIS WORKED FOR ME....I've had that problem for quite awhile. I finally decided to try to fix it. I took the chain and blade off, removed all the crud in there. Then I took a small air compressor and blew out the entire area so it was pretty clean. I started the saw at this point and gunned it some. The oil became noticible within a few seconds where it comes out at, above the outer chain blade bolt. Once I found the hole, I then drained the chain oil resevoir, and then using the air pump, blew out the hole from the blade area to the resevoir, leaving the oil cap OFF. Upon refilling the resevoir with a lighter oil (10 wt), I restarted the saw, and the flow was really coming. After the resevoir empties, I'll start using the regular bar-and-chain oil again, but it's pretty heavy, even though it says it is 30 wt.

This is a tough one to find, but after some research I found the full blown tech manual (this saw is of the late 1980's vintage!)
Anyway, here's a free manual - I suggest you print and save a copy as a pdf for future use and reference, as once this gets pulled off the site, I doubt you'll be able to find it again.
You can also try calling 1-800-521-8559 and ask for the parts deparment and request a copy of the owners manual be emailed to you in a pdf format.
Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!
