hi there i have a ricoh mp5125 dvd burner and i'm trying to make a dvd of my 4 month old and i cant get my burner to work when i go to burn an error comes up and says disc not empty but its a new disc and also says focus server error any i deas ???????

same burner same problem, mine says cannot end of disc at once?? or illegal medium, tried 4 different brand name discs same results help please
