Question about Sewing Machines
Without the exact make or model to go on.....the general issue most folk have is the location of the lever that is drawn down from the body of the machine.
Once the button is firmly held in the buttonhole foot, the lever MUST be located between the two protrusions on the foot so that as the sewing reaches each extreme point the lever is triggered to stop and then set off in the new direction....
If all this is a little confusing, any friendly sewing shop ought to be able to show you if you ask nicely....maybe even buy some goodies you need to sweeten the deal.
