Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console
Did the DSi get a bang? If it did this may have dislodeged the mic connector from the motherboard.
Alternatively it is a software problem. Try rebooting your system by taking the battery out for a few minutes. If this doesn't work it is a hardware problem and you will either have to sed it back to Nintendo (if it is warranty) or bring it to a local repair shop.
