Not quite sure what the difficulty is here.
Sandisk I presume you have a carde reader or your laptop has an opening to take the SD card? If so just pop the disk in the slot and wait for windows to read it.
If you are trying to install an SD card reader then plug the unit into USB port and wait fir it to be discovered. Sometimes Windows has the answer, other times it wants the installation disk, so follow the prompts.
To select programs to be placed on the card use Explorer START Explorer and when it opens select the folder where the files you want are, select the files and drag to SD card which now appears as a drive letter E,F,G,H, or similar and unclick once the drive letter is highlited. You can also use COPY and PASTE to move a copy of your file to the new card.
