It is not a Netgear problem, but someone told me that for a yearly maintenance price you could try to answer some problems. Here is mine my keyboard stops responding to any keystroke, and in the Windows XP environment there is a yellow mark in the properties of the control panel which tells Quick Launch buttons not working properly

Hi, David.

I'm not certain of your equipment, but try:

In Control Panel - Device Manager, delete the item with the ?

If you have a desktop, disconnect your keyboard, restart your PC and reconnect your keyboard.

If a laptop, restart your PC and see if your keyboard is recognized.

If available, connect another keyboard to test.

There is also a chance that you have Spyware or Malware. Try loading your system in Safe Mode (press F8 repeatedly), and download, install and run Spybot and Malwarebytes from their respective sites.

I was told that the sparkplugs in a 2000 F150 4.2L


i have a f150 4.2. if the plugs are hard to get out, it's because someone put to much torque on them or maintenence was neglected. i have no trouble with mine. make sure the engine is completely cold before attempting

Stich 0, 1 , 2, and 3 don't work, the model is a 1999 pacesetter pc 3000


0,1,2 stopped working, everything else was fine. Needs a new panel keyboard. I had to take mine to the local sewing shop. Board $157, install another $50. Found a used board for $75 and same install $. Both new and used boards only come with a 60 day guarantee. I could get a new Brother 6000i machine for the fix price. I don't use the monogram much but I like this machine. I was told this is not a common problem.

Hi, follow the steps below to upgrade firmware on the router:

A. Open the router page using the following way:

1. Connect a computer to the router using any one of the 4 available ports.
2. Open the browser(Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
3. Access the router, usually with http://192.168.1.1 or http://www.routerlogin.com.
4. Login to the router with the Username as "admin" and Password as "password" (please note that the username and password is case sensitive).

B. Visit the following link to download the latest firmware.

C. Please follow the steps to upload the firmware of the router:

1. Open the router page using the steps mentioned above.
2. Under Maintenance, click router Upgrade.
3. Click Browse and locate the upgrade file.
4. Click Upload.
5. Wait for the router to reboot.
6. Click on 'Logout' (at the bottom of the list) from left menu.

New netgear 624 router and having trouble keeping it connected


You can try changing the wireless network name or ssid, change the wireless channel to 11 and enable WPA as the wireless security.Just open IE then type http://192.168.0.1 on the address usernama is admin and password is password then do the changes there.

You are safe as long as you have all the security measures enabled on your router. What you are seeing is people that are in close anough range that has their own wireless network also. Mine will pick up as far as 5 houses away from where I live at. There are several here. Hope this answers your question?
