My kenmore ultra wash dishwasher is starting to forget to clean!!
Hi there, I have an older model (model # 110764592) kenmore ultra wash dishwasher and as of late more and more plates and glasses have come out dirty. It's been getting progressively worse. Being that I bought my house 2 years ago and it was part of the house package, I do not have the manual. I can only imagine that there are a few maintenance things I could check on or a few different parts that could be checked foe efficiency.
I have taken the arms apart to see if there was plugging or food blockage in them but found nothing. I've also taken the whole lower half apart to see if there is drain blockage and found again nothing.
What could I check next? Any help would be much appreciated!!!

How old is this dishwasher and the complete model number is? You said, you have a Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher, and you have power running to it, but
when you shut the door on it...it still won't start a cycle. Does it have a reset button on
it? Any ideas on a solution?
Yes, you may try this to reset the system. Go to the breaker and switch it off for 5 minutes and the on and try it. It usually resets the systems. Let me know ho it goes. Huuum Do not forget to leave a rating.
Your problem is: older dishwasher-kenmore ultra wash. Serial no ff3902085, model no :110764511. You have no info on how to run it. Does it take rinse agent?
Operation is simple and yes it will take rinse agent if you so desire. Rinse agent can be purchased either liquid, dry or combined with the soap in a tablet (I don't recomend). The dry comes in a tiny basket you hang from the upper rack. The liquid goes in the dispencer next to the soap dispencer. Just twist the plug counter clockwize about 1/4 turn and lift out, pour in no more than 4 oz. slowly and replace plug. Forget about it for a month. It will use a few drops with each use. Fill soap dispencer about half full and close. Choose wash cycle (normal, etc.) then press start. Thats it.

Puppa, clear the fault by pressing the keys in this order: high temp scrb--air dry--high temp scrub--air dry. Or, depending on your model..Sani rinse--air dry--sani rinse--air dry. The dishwasher will enter the service mode. Let it do it's thing or advance it through it by pressing the start key. The fault came from the board not sensing a rise in the water temp. Make sure to run the hot water before starting the dishwasher. The heating element runs through the nuetral side of the door switch so make sure the d/w is level and the door switches are all making. The element itself could be at fault. Catriver...post back
