Oh, you need to go into your BIOS, for that Motherboard, you should press alt+f2 while it boots up and that should load you into BIOS (or it might be called Setup). Once you're in there you need to change your Date and Time to the current date and time. Hope that helps!

It wont turn on at all i just put it in a new case

Did you check that everything was okay before closing the case, (no loose screws). Try your old power supply no the motherboard in the new case. If that works than try the new power supply in that case. Could be a difective unit.

Foxconn A74MX motherboard will not pick up my PCIe Graphics card

disconnect everything except the power supply, the power on switch, one stick of memory and the graphic card (if you don't have onboard adapter), turn it on and see what happens.

RAM MEMORY WONT INSTALL/DOES NOT WORK

It sounds like the RAM you ordered is defective.
I would put the your old ram in and verify that the system boots and operates properly. If it does, then I would send the RAM in for replacement.

I hope this helps,

Replacing Asus CUV4x Motherboard with Asus p5vd2-vm-se motherboard? I have my old computer that i want to replace with new set of motherboard. My old computer has the following specification: Asus CUV4x...

Hi eibral2345, sorry but there is no chance the motherboard, Asus P5VD2-VM-SE will run the Samsung memory. It’s the old style 3.3V PC133/100 SDRAM. The new Asus motherboard,
P5VD2-VM-SE uses Single-Channel DDR2 - 667MNz or 533MHz memory. Here is a link to the specs of the Asus CUV4X: http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=314&page=3
Here are the specs for the Asus P5VD2-VM-SE MB: http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?modelmenu=2&model=1787&l1=3&l2=11&l3=369&l4=0

Will the new Asus board fit in your case? It should!
The larger measurement is the height of the board.
The Height + Width of the new board is smaller than the older board.

Have more questions?
Good luck eibral2345!
