Remove the Ms. that is being put before every name in the email field (not on the contract itself)?


Hello there,

you didn't say what software you are using.

As a general rule this will be configured on a TEMPLATE somewhere in the software. so that it puts in 'Ms.' every time.

Take a look at things like 'tools' 'view templates', 'letter set ups' etc It is mind boggling how many things can be customised for standard letters.

Sorry can't help much more.

How to add % (Percentage column ) in the excel


The formula is 200/700 equals the percentage;if you're in columns a, b, and c, the formula in c1 will look like:
=b1/a1.

Then you can format the cell to show the number (.2857) as a percentage (28.57%).

When you say prepare . .
What data is going in - and what needs to come out ?

At the moment - it looks like you just need standard coloumn control...
From the standard input columns do you need to break the data down into specifics (Ie time frames etc...which will incorporate cumulatives..)
I would personally suggest using MS Access - you will have greater control and GUI to minimize accidental deletion etc..

Ms access to excel


I do this on a routine basis.
In Access select the table or query that you want to convert to Excel.
Then File, Export,
You then will see a Dialog Box that allows you to select the format and file name.

That procedure can also be performed using Access Macros for an automated solution.
